Business & Training
Victoria is a Personal & Professional Coach. Her career has evolved
from early beginnings working in the not-for-profit sector to training
and experience as a solution focused family therapist, then building a
coaching business over the last six years. She is in the process of
becoming a certified professional coach with the International Coach
Victoria specializes in two core areas: ADD coaching and career coaching. In 2002, she
completed training through the American Coaching Association, a coach training program
specializing in working with individuals with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. Since then
she has worked extensively with adults and older students.
As a Career Coach, she has been providing coaching and vocational counseling to high school
and college students, and career/job counseling with small business owners and middle
management professionals. Victoria has completed Master Coach training and coursework in
career coaching through the Mentor Coach training program.
Victoria integrates philosophies of positive psychology into her coaching practice, an approach
that focuses on client personal strengths and challenges the inner critic, a negative way of
thinking that interferes with moving ahead to achieve life goals.
Education
Masters in Social Work from Rutgers University and a BA from Montclair University.
Interests
Yoga, meditation, learning, artistic glass, independent films, journaling, and nature.
